Scheduling Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Head Scheduler to join our team. This role is essential to keeping our operations running smoothly and ensuring clear communication across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

* Schedule new jobs and maintain an up‑to‑date job calendar

* Communicate daily with construction managers and supervisors

* Print, organize, and track work orders

* Coordinate workflow to support field teams and project timelines

* Adapt quickly to changing priorities and job requirements

What We're Looking For:

* Strong organizational and time‑management skills

* Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment

* Bilingual (preferred or required - your choice)

* Quick learner with a proactive mindset

* Excellent communication skills with both office and field staff

Physical Demand:

This position is primarily sedentary and performed in a professional office environment. The employee must be able to remain seated for prolonged periods, operate a computer and other office equipment, and perform repetitive motions such as typing and mouse use. The role may occasionally require standing, walking, bending, and lifting light office supplies up to 15 pounds. The employee must have sufficient visual acuity to read printed materials and electronic displays, and sufficient hearing and speech ability to communicate effectively in person and by phone.
