Key Responsibilities
* Manage the executives calendar, meeting prep, and follow-ups
* Capture notes, track action items, and support leadership meetings
* Coordinate projects by tracking timelines, owners, and deliverables
* Create and maintain project trackers, reports, and documentation
* Draft internal communications, SOPs, and meeting recaps
* Organize files, templates, and business documentation
* Support meetings, trainings, recruiting, onboarding, and special projects
* Monitor key deadlines, goals, and recurring business rhythms
* Follow up on tasks and ensure accountability across teams
Qualifications
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Experience working with leadership, teams, and external partners
* High level of professionalism and confidentiality
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and tracking tools
* Detail-oriented with a proactive, follow-through mindset
Preferred
* Experience supporting executives or senior leaders
* Background in operations-heavy or fast-paced industries
* Experience with project coordination, CRM systems, or process documentation
Job Details:
* Schedule:
Onsite, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm
* Employment Type:
temp to hire
* Compensation: $28-37/hr.
