Salary The annual salary for this position ranges from $45,000 to $50,000. The final offer will be commensurate with the candidate’s relevant experience and qualifications.

Purpose of Position
Provides administrative and coordination support for clinical placement, compliance tracking, and program operations. Assists program leadership and senior coordinators with student clinical processes, documentation, and coordination of clinical sites and program activities.
Essential Functions
- Clinical Placement Coordination:
Assists with clinical placements including creating rotations, requesting placements, tracking assignments, and maintaining clinical systems. - Prepares and distributes site documentation and onboarding materials.
- Maintains knowledge of site requirements and communicates with agencies, faculty, and students.
- Compliance and Documentation Support:
Maintains and verifies student clinical compliance documentation, monitors requirements and deadlines, tracks records, and supports clinical clearance processes. - Maintains learning management and clinical systems.
- Communication and Customer Support:
Serves as point of contact for students, faculty, and partners. Responds to inquiries and provides guidance on clinical requirements and processes. - Program Administration and Systems Support:
Maintains databases, preceptor and facility records, and placement systems. Inputs instructor assignments into student systems. Assists with policy and procedure coordination and supports operational workflows. - May assist with reporting needs and data tracking.
- Program and Event Support:
Supports orientations, ceremonies, and departmental events. Assists with coordination of program logistics and maintains and distributes supplies as needed. - Collaboration and Coordination:
Collaborates with internal departments and external agencies to support program operations and ensure compliance with clinical policies and procedures. Supports implementation and coordination of program policies. - Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and one (1) year of administrative experience or High School diploma and five (5) years of related experience.
- Must have working knowledge of MS Office products.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or an associates degree, experience in healthcare or higher education, and prior supervisory or coordination experience.

- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge and understanding of MS Office products.
Work Schedule
- Monday through Friday; 8:00am through 5:00pm
- This role will be remote eligible.
Working Conditions
- May work around standard office conditions.
- Repetitive use of a keyboard at a workstation.
