This key position supports delivering Quality to the entire organization. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining the CAE USA Process Asset Libraries by improving, releasing, and canceling processes and supporting the Quality and Continuous Improvement Organization in accordance with corporate strategies and objectives.
Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThese responsibilities are for administrative support to the Quality and Continuous Improvement Organization:
- Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience with AS9100 preferred, but not required
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook)
- Due to U.S. Government contract requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for this role.
- Experience applying administrative and organized approaches to unstructured situations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and problem-solving abilities
- High motivation, sense of urgency, attention to detail and energetic approach to job duties
Must comply with all company security and data protection/usage policies and procedures. Responsible for proper marking and handling of information and materials. Do not divulge information to unauthorized individuals. All government and proprietary information will be stored electronically on company resources.
- Incumbent must be eligible for DoD Personal Security Clearance.
