Investment Services Coordinator (Project Management) Role Responsibilities
The role of this this position is to ensure the success of the Teas Trust Investment Services program and that of the Financial Advisors. This position schedules appointments with members and Financials Advisor, markets the Texas Trust Investment Services program to credit union employees and members, performs administrative functions in support of the Investment Services program and Financial Advisors. This role guides and promotes progress toward established goals for the program and the team.

- Serve as a liaison with Trust age partner and Texas Trust Marketing Team.
- Coordinate ongoing training with Retail Operations, Talent & Development and Financial Advisors.
- Collaborate with the existing team marketing associates.
- Promote Investment Services program to both credit union employees and Texas Trust.
- Promote a consistent approach to messaging and branding across materials.
- Monitor the company's presence in the media and provide timely/relevant updates to marketing, advisors, and executive management.
- Identify new opportunities by staying abreast of market trends, technology, and development.
- Support other strategic initiatives and activities as warranted or assigned.
- Coordinate lobby displays and ensure materials are well supplied and current.
- Coordinate mailings of newsletters, surveys, seminars, annual review letters, and appointment information forms.
- Assist with seminars, make room arrangements, assemble packets, and confirm seminar attendance.
- Presents a helpful and positive attitude, focusing on solutions and promoting a collaborative environment at all times.
- Practices and brings to life with the team our Yes And culture.
- Comply with established regulations and law requirements.
- Perform various other duties as assigned.
