What You’ll DoExamine vehicles and accurately diagnose mechanical issues

Perform repairs while maintaining high quality and safety standards

Communicate repair needs with the shop foreman and service advisor

Estimate labor time and recommend additional service when needed

Complete thorough documentation and repair stories for each job Mentor technician trainees and participate in company and factory training

Stay current with technical bulletins and manufacturer updates

Follow all local, state, and federal safety and environmental regulations

What You’ll Bring High School Diploma or GED2+ years of hands-on automotive repair experience

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced shop environment

Professional communication and strong teamwork skills

Requirements

Valid Driver’s License Valid State Inspection License Ability to work assigned shifts, including Saturdays as required

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical shop duties

Authorized to work in the U.S.Must pass a background check
