Position OverviewMcandrew Motors is seeking a qualified and motivated Automotive Technician to join our service team. This position requires a professional who is detail‑oriented, dependable, and committed to delivering the highest standard of service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Perform diagnostic, repair, and maintenance services on customer vehicles in accordance with manufacturer and company standards
- Accurately document work performed and maintain compliance with safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding repair status and recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
- Minimum 2 years of automotive repair experience; ASE certification preferred
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills with proficiency in modern repair tools and equipment
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Self‑motivated with a drive to succeed
- Basic computer skills
- huge plus bilingual in English & Spanish
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Monday to Friday from 8am‑5pm
Saturday 8am‑12pm
