In this role, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for your clients — ensuring satisfaction, securing renewals, and identifying opportunities for enhancements that improve both the property and the partnership.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of premier commercial landscape accounts in the Dallas area

• Build strong client relationships and ensure contract renewals

• Proactively upsell enhancements and improvements

• Oversee quality service delivery and resolve client concerns with urgency
