Automotive Title Clerk – High Volume Dealership

High-volume dealership seeking an experienced Automotive Title Clerk who can take full ownership of the title process from contract to completion. Titles must be processed accurately and submitted within 14 days of contract. This position requires someone who can independently manage workload, meet strict deadlines, and resolve all title-related issues without supervision.

• Process and submit all titles and registrations within 14 days of contract
• Audit deals for accuracy prior to submission (VIN, signatures, lienholder, payoff, etc.)
• Handle transfers, duplicate titles, corrections, lien releases, and discrepancies
• Proactively resolve all title issues with DMV, lenders, and internal departments
• Issue and manage e-plates using Web Dealer
• Maintain organized, audit-ready title logs and compliance records
• Monitor aging contracts and ensure zero preventable delays
• Assist with special projects and process improvements as needed

• Proven automotive title experience in a high-volume dealership
• Web Dealer experience required
• CDK experience required
• Strong understanding of the Web Dealer e-plate system
• Thorough knowledge of state DMV regulations
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet strict deadlines
• Highly detail-oriented and accountable
