Description:

You will be the Contract Management professional for the Contracts Management team. Our team is responsible for providing full-lifecycle contract support to the PAC-3 Production Program. What You Will Be Doing As the Contract Management professional you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end contract services that enable successful proposal development, award administration, and closeout. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Support proposal development by reviewing solicitations, identifying contractual requirements, and preparing contract-related deliverables.
* Draft, review, and process contract modifications and correspondence in coordination with senior contracts professionals.
* Maintain accurate contract files, records, and documentation to ensure compliance with company policy and government regulations.
* Track contract actions, deliverables, funding, and period-of-performance requirements and provide status updates to program teams.
* Assist with contract closeout activities, including reconciliation of documentation and final reporting. Basic Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline.

- Experience with written and verbal communication in a professional or academic setting
- Experience organizing and maintaining information, files, or documentation with accuracy
- Experience managing multiple assignments and meeting deadlines Desired

Skills:

-Knowledge of Lockheed Martin policies and procedures
- Knowledge of Lockheed Martin's business systems
-Contract drafting experience and experience with various contract types and contracting vehicles
-This individual will have demonstrated abilities to develop customer relationships, provide RFP shaping/analysis and have participated in proposal development and bid strategy
-Ability to obtain a Security Clearance
-Candidate should be able to handle multiple assignments simultaneously and achieve program goals and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
-Candidate should be a proactive self-starter who is detail and teamwork oriented
-Capable of working independently with general supervision
-Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Security Clearance Statement:

The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
