Internship OverviewThe internship is a paid, 10‑week program held annually each summer. Interns support day‑to‑day operations and various projects across distribution centers and help develop, implement, and enhance processes to improve operational quality and efficiencies. Work is highly visible to leadership and directly impacts the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with the Operations Leadership Team to improve profiling.
- Evaluate direct processes (manual and offline) and develop tools to optimize, measure, and report productivity.
- Assist in creating process control and training documents.
- Develop and publish reports on productivity and quality.
- Attend operational meetings and make recommendations to improve operational efficiencies across all areas of the distribution center.
- Currently enrolled Senior or recent graduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operational Business concentration (most recent semester).
- Strong analytical capability.
- Onsite and in‑office role.
- Excellent communication skills across all facets of the business.
- Well organized with attention to detail.
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Office;
Access database experience is a plus. - Ability to develop and deliver effective presentations.

- Labor Management (tracking & reporting)
- Velocity Analysis
