As a Project Engineer / Supervisor, you are the eyes and ears on the ground during active acquisitions. You will travel extensively to manufactured housing and RV park properties across the United States, conducting detailed physical and operational assessments that directly influence multi-million-dollar investment decisions.
This is not a routine inspection role. We are looking for professionals who investigate thoroughly, ask deeper questions, connect the dots, and deliver clear, actionable findings our clients can trust.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive on-site inspections of manufactured housing communities and RV parks
- Walk every lot and document deficiencies with detailed severity assessments
- Evaluate infrastructure systems, utilities, drainage, roadways, and park-owned structures
- Coordinate with licensed third-party vendors, including electricians, plumbers, sewer specialists, and utility operators
- Conduct interviews with property managers and on-site staff to identify operational concerns and hidden risks
- Visit comparable properties to assess local market conditions and competitive positioning
- Break large-scale engagements into organized milestones and manage projects through completion
- Compile clear, thorough, and professional reports used for investment committee submissions and acquisition negotiations
- Represent the company professionally with sellers, property managers, contractors, and investor groups
- Identify deferred maintenance, operational issues, and potential deal risks that could materially impact asset value

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
Equivalent hands‑on experience in construction supervision, infrastructure assessment, property inspections, or related industries will also be considered.
