Role Description The Service Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Arlington, TX. This is a Door to door sales role where you identify customers with hail damage on their vehicle , and serving as a primary point of contact for clients throughout the service process. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with customers and insurance partners, updating service records, tracking vehicle status, and ensuring timely completion of repairs.
The Service Coordinator collaborates closely with technicians and operations staff to align workflow, resolve issues, and maintain a smooth service experience. This role also supports administrative tasks such as handling documentation, confirming approvals, and assisting with follow-up communications to enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Service Coordination and Operations Management skills for scheduling, workflow management, and process tracking.
- Candidates should possess excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to interact effectively with customers, technicians, and insurance partners.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, address concerns, and support a positive client experience.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with using computers and basic office software for scheduling, documentation, and data entry.
- Experience in sales is a plus but not required
