The Activities Coordinator role is centered on designing, organizing, and implementing engaging programs and events that enhance the social, recreational, and educational experiences of participants. • High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in event planning, recreation, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management, Education, or a related discipline.
• Certification in activity coordination or event management.
• Experience working with diverse populations including children, seniors, or individuals with special needs.
• First aid and CPR certification.
• Proficiency in digital marketing and social media promotion.

• Plan, develop, and coordinate a variety of activities and events that cater to different age groups and interests.
• Manage logistics including scheduling, resource allocation, and venue preparation to ensure smooth execution of activities.
• Collaborate with team members, volunteers, and external partners to enhance program offerings and community engagement.
• Monitor participant feedback and attendance to continuously improve activity quality and relevance.
• Ensure all activities comply with safety standards and organizational policies.
