Enrollment Specialist

• Process, validate, and maintain large volumes of data accurately
• Use advanced Microsoft Excel functions to support operational needs
• Navigate multiple software systems and databases simultaneously
• Make proactive and outbound calls to prospective families
• Provide customer service and educate prospective families about Great Hearts
• Follow up with interested families and develop relationships with families
• Track student persistence and progression through the first 30 days of school
• Account for inquiries and activities associated with prospective families
• Liaise between families and schools, informing families about tours and events
• Attend community, outreach, informational fairs, and tabling events
• Identify and develop opportunities to promote recruiting efforts
• Support the design and implementation of initiatives related to recruiting, enrolling, and retaining students
• Collaborate with the Senior Director of Enrollment and Marketing Department to move prospects from application through enrollment
• Assist with data cleanup and support newly registered students
• Support campuses in meeting their 11th day enrollment goal
• Perform other related duties as assigned

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum two years experience as a Texas DCO or Registrar required
• Experience using student information systems, CRM platforms, or enterprise databases required
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data validation, filtering, sorting, conditional formatting, and large dataset management
• Exceptional computer literacy and ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple software platforms and systems simultaneously
• Experience managing, organizing, and analyzing large volumes of data while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and generate actionable insights
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to build strong relationships
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with students, parents, co-workers, and the public at large
• Must complete Texas Department of Public Safety fingerprint clearance and background check
• US Work Authorization is required
• Employment contingent upon successful completion of a criminal history background check and fingerprint clearance in accordance with state requirements
• Ability to perform physical functions including standing, sitting, repetitive hand and body movements, bending, squatting, and reaching
• May be required to move or position equipment up to approximately 50 pounds
• Ability to travel locally for training and professional development opportunities

Demonstrates expertise in managing and analyzing large datasets while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. Proficient in advanced Microsoft Excel functions and experienced in utilizing student information systems and CRM platforms to support enrollment and recruitment initiatives.
