We're looking for Business Administration experts to help train and evaluate cutting-edge AI models on executive-level business reasoning. You'll stress-test AI thinking across corporate finance, operations, strategic management, and more — identifying where it falls short and building the gold-standard responses that make it better.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background needed — just deep business expertise and a sharp analytical mind.

• Design Complex Business Challenges — Develop rigorous case studies, quantitative problems, and real-world scenarios spanning DCF valuation, market entry strategy, cap table modeling, supply chain optimization, and organizational behavior

• Audit AI-Generated Business Content — Evaluate AI-produced business plans, financial forecasts, and case analyses for logical consistency, mathematical accuracy, and adherence to professional business standards
• Sharpen AI Reasoning — Identify and correct flawed AI logic — such as mishandled sunk costs, incorrect WACC calculations, or missing macroeconomic variables — and deliver structured, constructive feedback

• Holder of a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from an accredited institution
• Strong foundational knowledge across at least two core business domains:
  Finance, Marketing, Operations, or Strategic Management
• Able to synthesize complex data into clear, executive-style summaries and actionable recommendations
• Highly precise — you catch errors in financial formulas, data interpretation, and business argument structure before they slip through
• Self-directed and reliable when working independently on task-based assignments
• No prior AI or tech experience required

• Prior experience in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy
• Background in data annotation, data quality assurance, or evaluation workflows
• Proficiency in data-driven decision tools — Excel modeling, Tableau, SQL, or similar
• Experience authoring case studies, financial analyses, or strategic reports

• Work directly with industry-leading AI research labs on cutting-edge model development
