A family in Arlington is seeking a professional, proactive, and highly engaging nanny to care for their three children, a 5-year-old and 2-year-old twins. The twins attend school until 1:00 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and the majority of the role will focus on their care, while also being comfortable confidently managing all three children together. This is a screen-free household, so the family is looking for a nanny who enjoys getting out of the house and is knowledgeable about the area, comfortable navigating local parks, activities, and outings, and proactive in planning adventures and enrichment for the children.

Supporting respectful behavior is very important to the family, including helping the children follow routines, put their own shoes and dishes away, and treat each other and adults with respect. The role also includes child-related household responsibilities such as children’s laundry, keeping play areas tidy and organized, taking out the trash, and emptying the dishwasher. The family is excited to find a capable, energetic caregiver who enjoys working with multiple young children and is interested in a long-term role.
