Salary Range: $115,000 – $125,000 + Bonus
Our client is an established commercial general contractor with a long-standing presence in the market, known for delivering high-quality restaurant construction projects and expanding into larger retail and commercial builds.
The Project Manager will play a critical role in overseeing multiple commercial construction projects, serving as the primary link between the field, office operations, and ownership. This role is well‑suited for a hands‑on, tech‑savvy construction professional who enjoys balancing office leadership with active field involvement and is interested in long‑term growth within a growing organization.
Key Responsibilities- Manage 2–3 commercial construction projects simultaneously from pre‑construction through closeout
- Oversee and support Superintendents assigned to active projects
- Conduct regular jobsite visits to stay connected to field progress and issues
- Manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders using Procore
- Coordinate with architects, owners, engineers, and subcontractors
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
- Assist with bid reviews and pre‑construction coordination as needed
- Lead or participate in jobsite and project coordination meetings
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely communication across all projects
- Support operational improvements as the company expands into larger commercial builds
- 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction
- Experience managing retail, church, steel, or metal building projects preferred
- Working knowledge of Procore or similar construction management software
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Experience overseeing Superintendents and coordinating subcontractor trades
- Strong communication skills with owners, architects, and internal teams
- Ability to balance office‑based responsibilities with consistent field involvement
- Solid understanding of construction schedules, budgets, and project controls
- Experience transitioning from restaurant or smaller commercial projects into larger retail builds
- Tech‑savvy with comfort using modern construction software system
- Long‑term mindset with interest in growth and leadership opportunities
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
