Commercial Construction Site Superintendent

This dynamic role will require you to manage construction sites, lead teams, ensure quality control, and guarantee that projects stay on schedule and within budget. You will play a vital role in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring that safety standards are upheld, and collaborating closely with project managers and contractors.

• Supervise daily construction activities and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Lead and direct field teams, including subcontractors and laborers.
• Review and interpret blueprints, project specifications, and building codes.
• Ensure all work is performed according to company standards and safety regulations.
• Track project progress, manage resources, and report on project status to upper management.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, architects, and contractors.
• Address and resolve on-site issues promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure proper documentation of job site activities, including safety logs and daily reports.
• Monitor the quality of work and inspect job sites regularly to ensure compliance with project specifications.

• At least 2 years of experience in commercial construction supervision.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction processes, including reading and interpreting blueprints.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and regulations.
• Proficiency in construction software tools (e.g., Pro Core).
• A valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
• High attention to detail and a focus on quality.
• Adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
