The Commercial Construction Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Arlington, TX. This individual will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that project requirements, budgets, and timelines are met. Key responsibilities include reviewing construction drawings, coordinating with teams, supervising the use of heavy equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and conducting inspections to maintain quality assurance.

• Proficiency in Heavy Equipment operation and management
• Experience in Construction Engineering and Civil Engineering practices
• Familiarity with Construction Drawings and ability to interpret blueprints
• Strong skills in Inspection and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
• Exceptional problem-solving and project management abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Proven experience in the commercial construction industry is a plus
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with teams and clients
