Overview
Our client is currently seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Estimator/Coordinator. This role is primarily clerical and involves commercial project estimation and coordinating the needs of the estimating department. Analyze blueprints, calculate labor and material costs, manage subcontractor bids, and coordinate bid administratio to ensure projects are profitable and successfully transition to the construciotn phase.
Qualifications- At least 2 years of experience in commercial estimating.
- Proficiency in reading and understanding blueprints.
- Experience in performing accurate take-offs.
- Strong organizational and scheduling skills.
- Computer literacy.
Procore - A valid Texas driver's license and a clean driving record.
