The Construction Estimator, Fuel Piping role is a full-time, on-site position based in Arlington, TX. This role is responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates for welded fuel-piping projects, including reviewing plans and specifications, performing quantity take-offs, and developing proposals for aviation fueling systems and related facilities. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing project scope, gathering supplier and subcontractor quotes, supporting budgeting and cost control, and collaborating with project managers and field teams to ensure accurate pricing and constructability.

The estimator will maintain up-to-date cost data, participate in bid reviews, and communicate clearly with internal stakeholders and clients regarding estimate assumptions, risks, and value-engineering options. The role may also involve occasional site visits to assess project conditions and support project planning.

• Ability to perform Construction Estimating for fuel-piping and industrial construction projects, including detailed Quantity Take-offs.
• Strong Cost Management and Budgeting skills to develop accurate estimates, track costs, and support financial planning for projects.
• Effective Communication skills for collaborating with project teams, vendors, clients, and for presenting estimate findings clearly.
• Experience with construction drawings, specifications, and technical documentation related to piping and fueling systems.
• Proficiency with estimating software, spreadsheets, and general office productivity tools.
• Knowledge of fuel-piping, mechanical, or industrial construction practices; previous experience in aviation fueling or oil & gas projects is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is beneficial
