Upchurch is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee large-scale mechanical construction projects, including HVAC, plumbing, and process piping across commercial settings. You will lead multi-project delivery, mentor PM teams, and manage budgets, schedules, and client relations.
You will drive pre-construction efforts, coordinate with engineers and field leadership, ensure safety and quality, and support Lean initiatives and prefab opportunities. Travel to project sites will be required.
