Location: Arlington, TX
Compensation: $85,000 - $100,000 annually
Employment Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire

Job DescriptionInsight Global is seeking a Construction Superintendent to join one of our clients in Arlington, TX. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of commercial construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project schedules and quality standards.
The ideal candidate will have experience leading ground-up commercial construction projects, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining job site safety, and communicating project progress with clients and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Oversee daily construction site operations from project kickoff through completion
- Ensure all safety, quality, and compliance standards are consistently met
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
- Monitor project schedules and identify potential delays or risks
- Communicate project milestones, updates, and challenges to clients and project teams
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is completed according to plans and specifications
- Maintain an organized and efficient construction site environment
- Review construction drawings and documents to ensure proper execution of work
- Resolve field issues and collaborate with project managers to keep projects on track
- Enforce OSHA and company safety standards across all job site activities
- 3-5+ years of experience in commercial construction
- Experience managing ground-up construction projects
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Knowledge of construction safety regulations and industry standards
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating multiple trades on-site
- Ability to maintain project schedules and support timely project delivery
- OSHA 30 Certification
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction management software
- Experience working on commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, or mixed-use construction projects
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field
