Overview

  • Lead on-site construction activities, ensuring projects meet quality standards and deadlines.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to align project goals and deliverables effectively.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Implement site safety measures, conducting regular inspections and training sessions.
  • Review project plans and specifications, ensuring accuracy and feasibility.
  • Manage procurement of materials, maintaining inventory and cost control.
  • Communicate project updates to stakeholders, addressing concerns promptly.
  • Ensure timely completion of milestones, adhering to budget constraints.
  • Mentor and guide team members, fostering professional growth and development.
Job Requirements
  • Associate of Arts (AA) degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management or similar roles.
  • Proven expertise in project planning, execution, and resource management.
  • Strong knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and achieving project goals.
