On-Site Event Coordinator

We are excited to announce an opportunity for an Event Coordinator to support one of E Squared Marketing’s clients,
Arlington Highlands in Arlington Highlands, TX. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on-site, engaging with the community, and supporting events from both a logistical and content perspective. This position offers hands‑on experience in event execution, content capture, and brand representation.

Event Support & Management

• Attend on‑site events at Arlington Highlands as a representative of E Squared Marketing.
• Assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring events run smoothly and professionally.
• Help check in attendees, monitor event flow, and provide general event support as needed.
• Serve as on‑site support to help troubleshoot minor issues and communicate updates to the E Squared Marketing team.

Content Capture

• Capture high‑quality photos and videos during events for social media and marketing use.
• Visit the center as needed to capture photos and videos for specific content requests or campaigns.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand standards and content needs outlined by the team.

Event Preparation & Logistics

• Assist with event planning tasks as needed, including organizing materials and coordinating details.
• Help assemble swag bags or promotional items prior to events.
• Pick up and drop off event materials, signage, or supplies at Arlington Highlands before and after events.
• Maintain organization of event‑related assets and materials.

Experience

Previous experience in events, marketing, social media, or a related field is preferred, but not required.

Skills

Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and comfort working in fast‑paced, live‑event environments.

Content Awareness

Basic understanding of social media content needs, including photo and video capture for digital platforms.

Reliability & Flexibility

Ability to work evenings and weekends as required by event schedules and travel to the center as needed.

Professionalism

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to represent both E Squared Marketing and Arlington Highlands in a positive, professional manner.
