360 Arlington seeks a Graphic Designer to create impactful signage, graphics, and branding for local businesses. In this hands-on role, you'll design print and large-format layouts, prepare production-ready files, and support installation graphics. Collaborate closely with clients and the production team to translate branding needs into effective visual solutions. Ideal candidates combine creativity with solid Adobe Creative Suite skills, attention to detail, and an eagerness to learn production processes in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Design signs, graphics, and branding materials for business clients
- Prepare print and production-ready files for large-format output
- Collaborate with sales and production teams to meet client objectives
- Ensure color accuracy and brand consistency across projects
- Assist with proofing and revisions based on client feedback
- Support installation layouts and file preparation as needed
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced shop
- Maintain organized design files and documentation
