• Deliver Texas Hospitality to all guests: greet and direct guests, answer questions about venue offerings and policies, and ensure a great experience.
• Resolve guest concerns and accommodate special requests using knowledge of Globe Life Field and Rangers history to engage guests.
• Promote a safe and friendly environment by identifying and reporting inappropriate behavior, safety risks, and medical situations.
• Perform ticket scanning, bag checks, ushering, elevator and escalator operation, guest services, and ambassador duties.
• Serve at a wide range of events, including Texas Rangers baseball games, small corporate meetings, concerts, graduations, and major sporting events.
• All other duties as assigned.

• A positive attitude and a service mindset.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to continually stand and walk 4-8 hours throughout the venue.
• Ability to work outdoors and indoors in a variety of weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and other environmental elements.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and/or carry up to 15 lbs.
