Hiring for multiple departments

Onsite in Irving | Contract-to-Hire | Up to $23/hr+

a. Customer Care Representative

Schedule:

Monday-Friday; 8 AM-5 PM and 9 AM-6 PM,

with 1-2 Saturdays a month 8 AM-12 PM.

Job Description:

Answering incoming calls from customers who need assistance with their account,

payment information, title requests, and payment options.

b. Customer Accounts Representative

Schedule:

Monday-Friday; 8 AM-5 PM with two late nights a week 11 AM-8 PM (late nights are never on Friday), plus 1-2 Saturdays a month 8 AM-12 PM.

Job Description:

Light collection's role, calling customers who are 1-29 days past due-a courtesy call. This is still heavily customer‑service focused. You may help customers update credit card info, change expired payment methods, set up autopay, or reset passwords.

c. Title Associate - Customer Service Support (Role
3)

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8 AM-5 PM

(You may occasionally work 7 AM-4 PM or 9 AM-6 PM depending on business needs.)

Job Description:

This role supports crucial customer service and title-processing functions, including dealership communication, lien perfection, and coordination with state DMV offices. It requires strong problem‑solving, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide internal and external customer service support, including 10-20 inbound & outbound calls with customers, dealerships, and DMV offices.

- Research, analyze, and resolve title‑related issues using available information; escalate when needed.

- Ensure accurate and timely processing of title documents, lien perfection, and related administrative tasks.

- Identify process gaps or trends and communicate findings to leadership.

- Maintain strong organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Overtime Requirement:

- Up to 3 hours of overtime weekly depending on business needs.

- Required to work two Saturdays per month from 8 AM-12 PM

Other Information:

- 6-month contract to hire

- Onsite in Irving

- Looking for career minded individuals

- Will be cross-trained and moved between departments every few months or so

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $23.50/hr.
