Customer Accounts Advisor
Location:
Arlington, Texas.
Assists the Customer Accounts Department with lease agreement renewals, supports store operations, and serves as a customer counselor for timely agreements and renewals. Builds customer relationships via phone and in-person interactions.
Responsibilities- Maintain customer accounts, update information in the store computer system, and document all payment appointments.
- Contact customers who have not renewed their lease agreements through home visits and phone calls.
- Explain benefits of timely lease renewal payments and persuade customers to renew.
- Assist the Customer Account Manager in setting and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
- Handle merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
- Clean and certify merchandise in the Quality Assurance Center for personally returned items.
- Complete and maintain weekly vehicle maintenance sheets and daily route sheets.
- Load, secure, and protect product in company vehicle, and safely operate the vehicle.
- Assist the Sales Team as needed.
- Perform any reasonable duties requested by management.
- United States: at least 21 years old with a valid state Driver’s License and compliance with the Company’s Driver Qualification Policy, including satisfactory MVR;
Canada: at least 18 years old. - Must meet DOT requirements to obtain certification in required states (United States).
- Ability to work a schedule of hours ranging from 8 am to 9 pm.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unaided and up to 300 lbs with a dolly.
- Two years of retail/customer service experience preferred.
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- High energy, multitasking ability, and proper telephone etiquette.
- Uphold the Aaron’s brand and protect company assets.
- Maintain a professional appearance.
- Proficient computer skills.
Salary range: $12.75 to $13.50 per hour/annually. The position is eligible for incentive pay based on performance.
