• Serve as the first contact with our customers, managing pre‑set appointments.
• Ensure a quality, timely customer experience by explaining the full product line, features, and functions.
• Work under pressure by managing a high volume of customer questions while providing an array of services requested by our customers.
• Work comfortably in a team environment and be willing to work independently when needed.
• Understand and explain contract details to customers, keeping paperwork neat and organized.
• Report trends, issues, and feedback from customer interactions to support continuous improvement.
• Perform other job‑related duties as assigned from time to time.

• Proficiency in Spanish preferred but not required.
• Good human relations skills to work effectively and professionally with customers.
• Basic understanding of equipment and willingness to learn.
• Ability to lift 15‑30 lbs.
• Reliable and predictable attendance; must meet or exceed attendance requirements.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Possess basic critical thinking, creativity, and problem‑solving skills.

• Job Types: Full‑time, Part‑time
• Pay: $3,400 per month
• Expected hours: 30–40 per week
