Overview
The purpose of a Guest Relations Representative is to assist Guests with questions, comments, concerns they may have about their experience while visiting Hurricane Harbor. Resolve ticket, season pass, and/or membership issues for our guests. This position is accountable for delivering a superior Guest experience, while following all park policies and procedures.
Responsibilities- Handle various ticket transactions including: advanced sales, group sales, complimentary tickets, season passes, promotional tickets, and ticket problem resolution.
- Respond to guest concerns and comments within standard timelines, including communications by phone, chat, email and additional web‑based sources.
- Work with computer programs for various Six Flags programs and applications; must be able to multi‑task between multiple programs to resolve tasks.
- Work in various locations including Guest Relations, Turnstiles, Toll Plaza Parking, and Ticket Sales.
- Provide friendly, clean, fast, and safe service for guests and teams.
- Perform all other tasks and duties as assigned.
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Park experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills, computer proficiency, and creative thinker.
- Ability to handle multiple situations simultaneously and quickly adapt as needed.
- Must be able to actively engage with guests and exhibit our Six Flags mantra.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours when needed.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time, walk the park on a continual basis, and work outside in varying weather conditions.
