Role Responsibilities:

Be the friendly face of the dealership and create a great first impression

Answer and direct calls with professionalism and enthusiasm

Connect customers with the right sales or service team members

Take and relay messages accurately to keep communication flowing

Maintain customer information and dealership records

Support front desk operations in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Jump in where needed to help deliver exceptional customer experience

Warm, friendly personality with a passion for providing outstanding customer service

Confident, professional communication skills in person and over the phone

Tech-savvy with strong multitasking abilities (internet, MS Outlook, dealership systems)
Polished professional appearance with a reliable and positive work ethic

Bilingual skills are a plus and warmly welcomed
