Experience &

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet patients and families with warmth, professionalism, and care
  • Review treatment recommendations with families and explain treatment goals
  • Present treatment plans clearly and answer questions about procedures and timelines
  • Discuss insurance benefits, payment options, and assist with financial coordination
  • Schedule treatment appointments and manage treatment plan logistics
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the patient’s care experience
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Previous dental front office or clinical experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to explain treatment plans and financial options clearly and confidently
  • Customer service-focused mindset
  • Team player with a positive, professional attitude
