Arlington Dental Aesthetics Arlington Dental Aesthetics is looking for a full-time, friendly, patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. Pay & Schedule $63–$67 per hour $5,000 Sign-On Bonus Full-time Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PMNo evenings or weekends

Patient-Focused Scheduling Recall appointments: 60 minutes

New patient appointments: 75 minutes

Scaling and Root Planing (SRP):
Scheduled based on provider recommendation

Work with advanced equipment including:

CBCTNomad handheld X-rayi

Tero digital scanner

Intraoral cameras

Dentrix practice management software

Paid Time Off + Paid Holidays Responsibilities Perform  dental cleanings (prophylaxis)
Complete periodontal charting

Provide scaling and root planing (SRP)
Take digital radiographs

Administer fluoride treatments

Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care Partner with doctors and team members to provide exceptional patient experiences

Maintain accurate clinical records and follow infection control protocols

Qualifications

Active Virginia Dental Hygienist license or awaiting licensure (New Grads Welcome)
Current CPR/BLS certification

Strong communication and patient education skills

Passion for providing high-quality, compassionate care Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
