Seeking General GI, but ERCP would be a plus. Recently sold endoscopy center to hospital however the still hold the anesthesia contract. First year $300K sal plus production, partnership year 2, 1:6 hospital shift rotation 90 miles east of Dallas ??? 6 man GI Group ??? 2 of the partners are retiring in the next 5-7 years and they have had a huge uptick in production ???

Looking to add a new GI next year, 2016 or 2017 candidate would be perfect ??? Seeking General GI though ERCP would be a plus (all the current partner do ERCP and 3 also do EUS) ??? They rotate the hospital shifts among all the partners in the practice ??? Looking for someone who is interested in seeing patients in addition to procedures as they are 60% procedures ??? High Volumeprocedures a week, some weeks they do more ??? First Year:
Guaranteed $300K salary + 50% of what the doc collects over that less the overhead (overhead is approx 20% for retirement, health, insurance) ??? Second Year:
Partnership is given, "eat what you kill" model, share in the overhead ??? Relocation negotiable
