Center Well Senior Primary Care is seeking a physician to provide outpatient care across multiple Texas clinic locations. You will manage medical histories, coordinate preventive care and referrals while contributing to overall care strategy.
This patient-facing role requires strong clinical judgment and a willingness to travel between sites. The position is PRN with direct W-2 employment, typically Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with preference for at least three days per week.
