Seeking a full-time, board‑certified Obgyn to join a high‑performing OB Hospitalist team in a role that offers flexibility, professional support, and meaningful impact. Shift Details- 24‑hour shifts
- No on‑call duties
- Flexible, predictable scheduling designed to support work‑life balance
- Physicians are required to work a minimum average of six shifts per month (18 shifts per quarter)
- OB Hospitalist coverage model ensures two providers are scheduled and on‑site at all times to support continuous patient care and team collaboration
- First assists available to support both OB hospitalists and private physicians
- Strong, reliable back‑up call system
- Provide emergency OB care, unassigned OBED and gynecological coverage, and assist with private MD emergencies
- Level III neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) beds
- Level III Maternal Designation
- 33 medical/surgical rooms, including 14 antepartum rooms
- 23 labor and delivery rooms
- 3 C‑section operating rooms
- GME teaching hospital
- Guaranteed hourly rate
- Extra shift incentive pay is available
