Obstetrics/Gynecology Physician – Arlington, TX | 24-Hour Call Shifts

Looking for an experienced OB/GYN to join a leading facility in Arlington, TX, for a flexible part-time schedule, excellent pay package, and supportive team environment.   • Experience: Recent delivery and surgical experience required, including vaginal deliveries, C-sections, and emergency procedures

What You’ll Do:
  • Evaluate and treat patients in the Obstetric Emergency Department (OBED)
  • Manage care for unassigned OB/GYN patients
  • Monitor labor and interpret fetal heart tracings
  • Perform vaginal deliveries and cesarean sections
  • Serve as a primary safety net for the labor and delivery unit
  • Provide consults for pregnancy-related and gynecologic concerns
  • Respond to obstetrical emergencies and evolving labor complications
  • Participate in emergency drills and quality improvement initiatives following evidence-based protocols
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including neonatologists, anesthesiologists, CNMs, and hospitalists
What You Need:
  • MD or DO with Board Certification in Obstetrics & Gynecology
  • Recent delivery and surgical experience, including C-sections and emergency procedures
  • Valid Texas Medical License or willingness to obtain
  • Ability to work 24-hour shifts and handle obstetric emergencies with confidence
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
About the Assignment:
Join a reputable facility in Arlington, Texas, known for delivering approximately 1,300–1,500 births annually. The hospital features a Level III NICU, private maternity suites, and comprehensive maternal/ neonatal services. Providers will work alongside a dedicated multidisciplinary team, including neonatologists, anesthesiologists, CNMs, and hospitalists, supporting a high-quality obstetric environment.
