Physician​/ObGyn - Hospitalists​/Texas​/OB Hospitalist - Arlington, TX west of Dallas - shifts

Seeking a full-time, board-certified Obgyn to join a high-performing OB Hospitalist team in a role that offers flexibility, professional support, and meaningful impact. • 24-hour shifts
• No on-call duties
• Flexible, predictable scheduling designed to support work-life balance
• Physicians are required to work a minimum average of six shifts per month (18 shifts per quarter)
• OB Hospitalist coverage model ensures two providers are scheduled and on-site at all times to support continuous patient care and team collaboration
• First assists available to support both OB hospitalists and private physicians
• Strong, reliable back-up call system
• Provide emergency OB care, unassigned OBED and gynecological coverage, and assist with private MD emergencies
• Supported by highly experienced operational and clinical teams to ensure your success

The Hospital:

• Level III neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) beds
• Level III Maternal Designation
• 33 medical/surgical rooms, including 14 antepartum rooms
• 23 labor and delivery rooms
• 3 C-section operating rooms
• GME teaching hospital
