We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and kid-centered Before & After School Program Coordinator to lead our Extended Childcare program and bring that vision to life.

• Provide leadership and daily oversight of the Extended Childcare program.
• Maintain high program standards and consistent procedures.
• Flex your schedule as needed to support all before‑and‑after school programs.

• Design and coordinate enrichment activities that spark curiosity.
• Support homework completion in a structured, encouraging way.
  
  Organize materials to ensure smooth, intentional programming.

• Maintain safe, healthy, and welcoming environments.
• Provide transportation for elementary‑age students using the daycare van.
• Monitor daily operations and proactively solve challenges.

• Build strong relationships with students, families, and staff.
• Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure required reports are completed on time.

• A confident leader who takes initiative.
• Detail‑oriented and highly organized.
• Calm under pressure and solutions‑focused.
• Student‑centered and service‑minded.

• Someone who believes structure and fun can absolutely coexist.

• Associate’s degree or higher (or currently enrolled).
• At least 2 years of experience in education, childcare, recreation, or youth enrichment.
• Experience leading licensed childcare programs required.

• Valid WA State driver’s license and insurance.
• Current First Aid/CPR/AED certification and health certificate.
• Successful completion of state background check.

• 9:30 am – 6:00 pm (M–F)

Pay Range: $22 – $24 per hour
