City Year seeks Ameri Corps Members to serve full-time in public schools, supporting students' academic and social-emotional growth. In this education-focused role, you'll provide tutoring, mentor students, assist in classrooms, and lead small-group interventions. You'll collaborate with school staff and a diverse team to create a positive learning environment. Responsibilities

• Provide in-class academic and social-emotional support to students in partnership with teachers
• Tutor small groups and individual students in core subjects to reinforce classroom learning
• Monitor, track, and report student progress using provided tools and guidelines
• Help lead after-school programs, enrichment activities, and school-wide events
• Build positive, consistent relationships with students to encourage engagement and attendance
• Collaborate with a diverse Ameri
• Corps team and school staff to address student and classroom needs
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development sessions
