The AES Corporation is seeking an onsite Construction Manager to lead utility-scale solar and Battery Energy Storage System projects. You will oversee safety, QA/QC, schedule, and coordination with EPCs, landowners, and internal teams, ensuring alignment with AES Clean Energy values and project goals.
Eligible candidates have at least 5 years in solar/construction management, OSHA 30, and a willingness to travel; advanced knowledge of Procore is a plus.
