Warehouse Coach will be working in Arlington, Texas Sunday
- Wednesday - 05:00AM - 3:30PM
. This is a full time, temp to hire Warehouse Coach opportunity. If you are looking for an entry level Warehouse Coach position, this is a great opportunity to join our team in Arlington, Texas

• Temp and Temp to Hire position
• Weekly Pay
• Full time 40+ hours a week
• No high school diploma is required

• Must be self-disciplined and have the ability to work independently without constant oversight
• Ability to work across multiple department
• Must be able to do overtime on weekly and daily basis
• Beable to pass background check

This is a cross-functional role; tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Maintain positive relationship with RTR leadership
• Provide tours for potential candidates
• Conduct weekly orientation to new hires
• Mobile and physically active for entirety of the shift.
• Issue disciplinary actions when needed
• Provide positive motivation to associates
• Accountable for personal time and attendance
• Communicate and cooperate with team members and leadership
• Take on additional duties as assigned by leadership
• Responsible for maintaining safety guidelines, cleanliness, and security standards
