- Manage land development projects including site planning, grading, drainage, utilities, roadway design, and stormwater management
- Lead project teams consisting of engineers, designers, and consultants to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, municipalities, and regulatory agencies
- Prepare and oversee civil design calculations, reports, and construction documents
- Review and seal plans, reports, and permit submittals as Engineer of Record
- Coordinate entitlement and permitting efforts including SWPPP, drainage reports, and agency approvals
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and scope; assist with proposals and fee development
- Provide technical mentorship to junior staff and support their professional development
- Support construction administration activities including RFIs, submittals, and site visits
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license (required)
- 6+ years of experience in civil land development consulting
- Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal design standards and permitting processes
- Proficiency in Civil 3D for site grading, corridors, and utility design
- Experience managing multiple projects and clients simultaneously
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
