Duties- Senior Chemist level individual who is an independent contributor for wood coatings with 10+ years of experience.
- The chemistries focus on waterborne and solvent borne with some UV‑curable opportunities.
- This position will primarily involve developing new products, learning and maintaining our existing product lines and software, mentoring other staff members, and collaborating with other departments.
- This position reports directly to the Technical Director.
