Customer Support Engineering

Bartech Staffing is proud to partner with a global technology leader who is accepting applications for a Customer Support Engineer
. This is a contractual opportunity, where the associate will sit at a client site in Arlington, TX
.

Hourly Pay Range $36 per hour to $37 per hour (W2)

As a Customer Support Engineer
, you will serve as the primary link between the manufacturing facility and the customer plant. The successful candidate will reside on-site at the customer location and will act as a key communication channel, ensuring quality, responsiveness, and seamless coordination of activities involving product verification, issue resolution, and customer support.

• Serve as the communication bridge between the customer plant and the manufacturing facility.
• Re-verify parts within the computer system.
• Perform a good first level analysis of non-conformances.
• Verify product and maintain product test equipment.
• Return non-confirming material.
• Input data into Incident Reporting System (IRS).
• Provide technical support and system understanding.
• Conduct/coordinate initial 24‑hour containment.
• Be an integral part of the response teams.
• Write a weekly trip report.
• Develop customer relationships in the plant to improve the product and maintain or increase the business.

• Minimum 5 years of experience working with wiring harnesses, automotive manufacturing environments, and/or electronics.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (required).
• Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and email.
• Training and experience with business and computer applications.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with customers, engineers, and leadership teams.
• Ability to analyze data, identify issues, and implement corrective actions quickly.
