You will be the Procurement Engineering Manager for the Procurement Engineering team. Our team is responsible for supporting PAC‑3 Production efforts and reducing risk in the supply base.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Procurement Engineering Manager you will be responsible for leading a high‑performing group of engineers, driving standardized processes, and delivering cost‑ and schedule‑focused solutions.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Lead a team of Procurement Engineers supporting PAC‑3 Production.
- Provide training and coaching to standardize and streamline production processes.
- Support Production Supply Chain Management Teams and manage risk/opportunity initiatives.
- Manage the Statement of Requirements (SOR) and participate in change‑management activities.
- Conduct capacity and capability analysis and facilitate process‑improvement actions such as PFMEA, failure investigations, and corrective actions.

Basic Qualifications- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Technical background in SOR Management, Performance Specification Management, and Drawing Analysis
- Experience interfacing with Manufacturing & Supplier Quality, Production Control, Supply Chain and Program Leadership, Production Manufacturing & Engineering
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with second source efforts
- Risk and Opportunity Management
- Green Belt or Black Belt Certified
- Working knowledge of Windchill
- Experience with Capacity Modeling and Analysis
- Familiarity with aerospace/defense regulatory requirements (AS9100, ITAR, IPC standards) preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a U.S. Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret
LocationThis position is in Dallas, Texas.
Additional InformationMUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
