Multi-Functional Quality Associate Manager - Arlington, Tx

You will be the Multi-Functional Quality Associate Manager for the Quality Engineering team. Our team is responsible for delivering world‑class quality solutions that keep the THAAD program on schedule and on target.

• Lead and coordinate a team of quality engineers based in Arlington, TX.
• Manage and support quality engineering efforts across suppliers nationwide.
• Ensure compliance with program requirements and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Travel as needed to support field engineers and supplier sites.

• STEM degree at bachelor’s level or higher, or equivalent experience combined education.
• Must be a US citizen and have ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
• Demonstrated full spectrum leadership – ability to shape the future, energize the team, deliver results, build effective relationships, and be accountable with high integrity and ethics.
• Demonstrated excellent team building and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment, multi‑task, and meet deadlines.
• Advanced understanding of Quality principles in the Aerospace industry.
• Prior Quality Experience.

• STEM degree at bachelor’s level or higher.
• Prior THAAD Experience.
• Prior MFC Experience.
• Prior LM Experience.

This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US Citizen. Clearance Level: Secret.

• 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week.
