Salary: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

These are the qualifications that matter.
- Prior experience in Surface Mount Technology (SMT) is required.
- Bachelor of Science required; a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering field is preferred.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in mechanical and electrical systems.
- Previous field service or customer support experience.
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS and networking concepts.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

- Serve as the technical bridge between customers and internal engineering teams, keeping communication clear and solutions moving.
- Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, software, and process-related issues with confidence.
- Troubleshoot industrial machinery and software directly at customer sites.
- Provide on-site and remote engineering support to minimize customer downtime and keep operations running.
- Assist clients with network configuration and administration, including the setup of Windows and database servers.
- Document service activities and maintain thorough, accurate service logs.
- Conduct customer training on the company's software products as needed.
- Deliver services in alignment with company policies, procedures, and service manuals.
- Escalate technical issues and recommend improvements that raise the bar on support quality.
